One person died and another injured on Friday morning at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, prompted an order for shelter. The suspects remain large and could still be on campus, the university said. The California man was arrested Thursday on a 14-count federal charge, claiming he used a dating app to settle a multi-million-dollar match on the guise of an investor, officials said.
