Bitcoin payment platform Flash has officially launched Flash 2.0, designed to simplify and accelerate the adoption of Bitcoin in businesses. This update introduces a redesigned interface, enhanced e-commerce compatibility, and a streamlined setup process that allows merchants to start accepting Bitcoin in just three minutes.

Accepting Bitcoin payments is sometimes challenging for businesses, requiring third-party services and long verification. Flash 2.0 is intended to eliminate these hurdles. Companies can accept Bitcoin directly without intermediaries, technical knowledge or delays.

In addition to being a payment gateway, Flash 2.0 also acts as a complete monetization tool. It enables payments online and in-store, supports content creators’ donation options and paywalls, and allows freelancers to send invoices via payment links. For example, jewelry designers using WooCommerce can accept Bitcoin online in trade shows through the sales points system, and even monetize their digital artwork through donations and premium content, according to the release.

The platform also boasts integration with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce. Support for Wix and OpenCart will soon be available. According to Flash, this will allow for compatibility with 95% of online stores worldwide. Companies can add Bitcoin as a payment method with just a few clicks and build a complete e-commerce site within Flash if needed.

Flashing is completely non-mandatory. The company does not hold or process the funds, and the company receives Bitcoin directly. There are no chargebacks or frozen accounts. The platform does not need to know customer (KYC) verification.

The interface has been overhauled for better usability. Flash 2.0 features a new dashboard, improved mobile compatibility, and a simplified checkout experience.

“The world is awakening to Bitcoin. Just like the internet revolutionised business, Bitcoin is restructuring finance,” said Flash Pierre Corbin CEO. “Companies need a simple, efficient, and truly decentralized solution. Flash 2.0 is more than just a payment processor. It is a gateway to the future of digital transactions, bringing financial power back to the business’s hands.”
