BTC Inc., a leading provider of Bitcoin-related news and events, announced the return of its continued legal education (CLE) program at the Bitcoin 2025 conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. The premier program, scheduled for May 27th at Venetian Expo Hall, will provide legal and financial experts with the opportunity to inform legal and financial experts about the ever-evolving regulatory environment surrounding Bitcoin.

Following its highly successful debut at Bitcoin 2024, after praised the programme for lawyers, startup founders, corporate legal teams and policymakers to tackle key legal topics, the 2025 CLE session continues to provide valuable insight into the legal and regulatory frameworks that will shape the future of Bitcoin.

The 2025 CLE program will provide four-hour credits with pending approval from Nevada’s continued law school board. Participants will also receive a certificate of completion for submission to a state that is not pre-certified for CLE or CPE credits.

Designed for industry experts, in-house lawyers, CFOs, CPAS/MTAs, startup founders, and C-Suite Executives, the program addresses key legal, regulatory, and business considerations in the Bitcoin industry. Expert-led sessions include:

Trump Administration’s Bitcoin Policy – Dive deep into strategic Bitcoin Reserves, ridiculous regulations and changing market structure. Bitcoin for public companies – an investigation into the legal framework of electricity contracts and transactions in regulated and deregulated markets. Bitcoin & The Courts: Operation Choke Point and Boynote – An analysis of the legal battles that shape financial access, banking restrictions and regulatory overreach. Mining Contracts and Legal Risks – Explore the complexities of hosting contracts, procurement risks, and emerging regulatory considerations.

Participants can register either the CLE & Industry Pass bundle or the CLE & VIP Whale Pass bundle. The participants are one of over 300 sponsors and one of over 5,000 companies, many of whom are in the early stages of their legal and consulting needs. Bitcoin Conference is also well known for hosting top tier international Bitcoin events such as Bitcoin Asia, Bitcoin Amsterdam and Bitcoin Mena, and continues to be a major destination for thought leadership and innovation in the Bitcoin space.
