Arizona police released new details on the fatal May of influencer Emily Kisser’s 3-year-old son.

Parenting influencer husband Brady Kiser was at home with the couple’s two sons while his wife was out with friends when Trigger owned in the family’s backyard pool on May 12, according to a report from the unsealed Chandler Police Department on Friday. The report said the toddler was in the pool for about seven minutes. Kaiser then discovers that he is unconscious and drives him out of the water. He passed away six days later in the hospital.

Police initially recommended that Kaiser be charged with one count of child abuse, but the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office later ruled he would not face charges as “there is no reasonable possibility of belief.”

Kiser’s attorney previously said, “We are grateful to law enforcement and the county attorney for conducting a thorough investigation and confirming that this was a tragic accident.”

According to a report obtained by People Magazine, Kiser called police around 6:41pm local time, informing the response officer that he had lost sight of the trigger for 3-5 minutes before he spotted his son in the pool.

In a series of subsequent interviews, Kiser detailed the day to the officers after leaving his wife to meet friends, including having kids dinner and sitting on the couch, watching Game 4 of the NBA Finals for the New York Knicks and Boston Celtics.

“I obviously didn’t have a clock,” Kiser told police in his first interview about the period when he lost sight of his son. “I don’t know the exact time, but it was a moment, not a few minutes, it was a moment.

However, surveillance footage showed that the trigger was not monitored for at least nine minutes and that Kaiser had been in the water for at least seven minutes before he found him, the report said. The footage also showed the toddler “deliberately not in the water, but rather he stumbled and fell while playing in a chair that could easily expand,” the report said.

At the same time, according to Kiser’s phone data detailed in the report, “A $25 bet with Jason Tatum scored over 40 points was placed on the sports betting app around 5:14pm local time before his wife left.” The report states that “the bet was the winner and paid $102.50.”

The report states that the incident resulted in the “unsupervised” trigger “when playing around an unsecured pool and not being able to swim.”

“It’s clear that Brady’s attention has been split,” the report added.

The release of the report comes a day after Maricopa County’s Arizona Superior Court was awarded courtesy of Emily Kisser after it demanded that certain details regarding the death of HR son be sealed.

Emily Kisser, who has built millions of followers across Tiktok and Instagram with content from mom and wife, has not commented publicly on her son’s death. Kaisers’ attorneys did not immediately respond to a request for comment Saturday.
