XRP is one of the more popular Altcoins, especially among retail users. Despite the continued legal turmoil, market capitalization has consistently remained in the top 10 of all cryptocurrencies.
And while the long-standing end of the legal battle between the US Securities and Exchange Commission and Ripple Lab has been postponed, to make it mild, the US community receives another, more positive update.
XRP has been added to more than 28,000 ATM locations in the US
According to a recent announcement about X, Coinme has added support for XRP to tens of thousands of locations across the US.

Meanwhile, XRP prices have been trading at a loss of 4.5% over the past 24 hours, and are now just under $2.10. Cryptocurrency has fallen 3.4% over the past seven days.
Ripplev. The Sec case continues
The fall in price on XRP comes after US District Judge Annalisa Torres tried to end the dispute after he ruled over the SEC and Ripples in a joint motion for a presented ruling filed earlier this year.
In amateur terms, this means that a legal case between the two, which is currently ongoing for more than four and a half years, will continue.
Commenting on the issue was Ripple’s chief lawyer, Stuart Aldeoty.
“This has brought the ball back to our court. The court gave us two options: dismiss the appeal that challenges the discovery of the sale of historic institutions, or advances the appeal. Either way, the legal status of XRP is business as usual, in the meantime, as security remains unchanged.”
