Actor Haley Joel Osment has been charged with being charged with misdemeanor charges of being influenced by alcohol in public after being arrested in California this month, the Mono County District Attorney’s Office said Thursday.
Osment, 37, who played a boy who can see ghosts in other roles in the 1999 film The Sixth Sense and other roles in his lifetime, was arrested on April 8th in Mammoth Mountain.
He is scheduled for court on July 7th, the District Attorney’s Office said.
Online Criminal Court records are not available in Mono County. It was not clear whether OSMENT had an attorney in a case that he could speak on his behalf on Thursday night.
The district attorney’s statement regarding the charges did not detail the claim.
Celebrity news website TMZ reported that someone was drunk and Zement was arrested at Magic Mountain Ski Resort after the ski patrol was investigated.
He is being charged with one disorderly conduct. Under the influence of alcohol in public places and one count of possession of cocaine, the District Attorney’s Office said.
